If you are not satisfied with our service then you need inform us within 5 days of making payment. Then we’ll be able to refund you full amount. Claims made after 5 days will not be entitled for any refund in any circumstances.
In Target based SEO projects if we fail to achieve said ranking within specified period then we’ll refund according to the example below.
Say for 6 keywords project we quoted $1200, if we fail to achieve said rank for 2 keywords then we’ll refund $400 ($200 each for failure of 2 keywords). Similarly failure of 1 keyword would entitled for $200 refund. Client has choice of getting refund or allow us some more time to help the site to achieve said ranking. Please allow 10 working days to process refund after the request placed to our customer care.
For Monthly SEO plan if you are not satisfied with our service then you can ask for refund within 5 days of making payment. You’ll get refund within 10 working days.
For One Way Link Building plans, PPC management, Directory & article submission, Reputation management, Social bookmarking we do not offer any refund unless the project not been started from our end.
